By registering for a Futura Broker Account, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted all information provided by us, including the Terms of Use, the Rules, the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy and any additional documentation or information made available through your account and the Futura Broker website, which contain important information and form an integral part of these Terms of Use.
Each time you browse, log in to your account, use any service or perform any activity through your account, you reaffirm and confirm that you accept the Terms and any amendments made to them from time to time. We recommend that you review the Terms regularly to stay informed of any changes.
The participants of the Futura Broker Advertiser Network are Advertisers, Partners and the Company (Participants).

- Company / Futura Broker: Refers to Futura Broker and its affiliates, which operate the trading platform and the Partners program.
- Partner: An individual or legal entity that has registered in the Futura Broker affiliate program to promote the platform's services in exchange for commissions.
- Advertiser: Futura Broker or any entity that provides offers and programs in the affiliate network.
